I hope the next 12 years continue to be as fun as ever.  I don’t expect to stop pushing myself or our students and find myself continuing to improve and evolve with ease.  Allowing rather than pushing,  showing rather than explaining, and embodying rather than practicing.  We’ll see.  I imagine it’s a lifelong journey.
